Olivia (11) says..did you know on march 6th its big yellow Friday. all you do is buy a packet of smarties, eat them all up then fill the empty container with 20p pieces.send a cheque to either my ninny (atwickwitch) made out to cldf or send direct to the cldf with "on behalf of Olivia jade Rance written on the back so they know I have raised your money don't panic though as monies can be sent all through the year address in the yellow (appropriate) pages any info needed just email me it raised about £47000 last year through children like me spreading the word in school. Liver disease is fatal for children like me in the end so we have a bit of a rubbish life with our diet, scars and meds not to mention hospitals and needles all the time.

Hospital Visit.

Well its as we thought really Nik has to have a Cardiac Catheterisation / Coronary Angiography in other words having a look inside with dye and camera ..... the good thing is as the tablets seem to be controlling it this isn't classed as urgent so he may have to wait until March as their fully booked ... They want him to have this done as he is still getting chest pains so they want to check he has no blocked Arteries ..... once again he was told definitely no work or Driving and to take it easy .... think they need to stamp that on his forehead ..... so we still really don't know what the problem is.
I suppose looking at it is they cant think its to urgent or the Angiography would have been done much sooner.
Then on the other hand its the waiting to find out what is wrong.
Its very hard to see the Man you love who always used to be so strong as weak as a Kitten sometimes.
I know he finds it hard as he has worked hard from the Age of Nine , so hes always been used to hard work.
Not being able to drive is another thing he cant get used to yet , having spent years as a Lorry Driver hes always been used to Driving.
Hes not very keen on others Driving  , keeps telling me to slow down or brake sooner lol.


So today has been a bad day for #f450 tomorrow is another day.

The flower is a Stunning green in the middle is a large green bead with Crystals surrounding it in between the leaves is small green beads with a larger green bead in the middle .

F40 Fit for Fifty.

Today was a bad Day I had to take my Son to the Hospital Orthodontist and was there longer than I thought we would be.

So today once again I managed a Two Mile Walk with the Dogs , which they loved.

I've still managed to lay of the Biscuits and Chocolate , which for me is good.

Tomorrow Hubby and I are not looking forward to it as he has a Appointment  with the Cardiology Specialist , both of us are getting very stressed out about this.

We have a feeling they may suggest Surgery , we will just be glad when tomorrow is over.

Thursday: 

After a tough day yesterday we both felt tired neither of us slept much.

So today I managed a two mile Dog walk and thats it.

I'm still cutting out biscuits & chocolate , well done me as that's a tough one for me.

Normally if I'm stressed out I comfort eat on the old biscuits etc.

#f450 Means Fit for Fifty

#f450 Well I haven't done as well as Grethic who has today managed morning and afternoon 1 mile walks.

She rode to and from work which was 7.54 miles and this evening she is playing Badminton , my goodness really puts me to shame.

#f450 Today I went on two 1 mile walks with my Dogs and I laid of the Biscuits & Chocolate, it doesn't sound much does it.
Its a start , not easy at all to cut out things you really like.


Another reason I want to try the #f450 is in November (last year )  Hubby was told he has Heart Problems.
So we have really had to re think our Diet  , I got a Bread Maker and make my own Bread .
At least you can watch how much Sugar /Salt is in your own Bread.
We have cut out Red Meat and no Ready Meals , instead more Vegetables and Fruit.
More Fish , Chicken and Turkey. 


I think now we really have to make more of an effort Health Wise.
